what you gonna do
  • Look for new brand partnership sales opportunities for musical artists and sports brands such as LVMH Group, Nike, Adidas, Google, Samsung, Diageo, Coca Cola, etc.
  • Must have C-Suite/Board level contacts with brands and global marketing with brand clients
  • Create and maintain an accurate progression pipeline and forecast reports for sales at Soho
  • Must be goal and results oriented
  • Drive, focus and motivate the sales team to generate greater revenue
  • Continuously build the sales team – with training, coaching and motivation
  • Design and implement key growth sales strategies by expanding our new customer base as well as upselling to existing customers
  • Bringing Soho-created artist/talent concepts to marketing to our targeted brands
  • Drive growth and meet/exceed sales goals by successfully managing the sales team and managing deal delivery
  • Report sales team progress to the Founder and CEO on a weekly basis, with monthly formal reviews with the extended leadership team
  • Maintain and evolve accurate progress/pipeline and forecast reports for sales at Soho
  • Continue to generate new business through a variety of resources such as marketing research, cold calling, referrals from existing contacts
  • Identify emerging markets and be aware of new business and the state of competition within the industry
  • Training and implementation of a new CRM system if necessary
  • Integrate new sales employees and develop team culture by leading by example
  • Represent Soho Music at relevant industry events as the public face of brand partnerships
